ASTROFACTORY STATUS  01-14-2010

Hello crew members!

Here’s the latest news release from the Astrofactory engineering team:

1. THE SPARTICLES: Two new creatures, BOSON and QUARK, will soon be ready for downloading. Members will be able to add new customizations to each Sparticle with the Micro-Agglomerator—a feature that allows you to create your own Gear, Emo Packs (new animations) and playlists. Also, members will soon be able to share and sell everything they create through the Y-Store. More details coming soon!
2. HIGGS: The enormous Mohawk structure on his head was causing stability issues so Professor. Y has reconfigured him with a sleeker look. (Pics soon will be posted for you to view)
3. Y-STORE: Issues have been fixed and the store is operational!! : )
4. MY BUNK: New setup with better navigation scheme.  We're adding more features  to really make this area unique and a cool place to hang out
5. POINTS:  They are being incorporated for all members and still under development. All point totals will be reset as soon as we complete integration with your user profile. We will soon release a doc with details on what exactly earns you points including: participating, donating points to friends, buying points, using points to purchase skins and other goodies as well as win prizes for top point holders.  You can view community point stats in the "My Points" Tab under "My Bunk" Top point holders will receive Yummy Medals as well as move up in the Ranks aboard the Astrofactory.
6. GAMES:  Here you will find some of the coolest, hand- picked games by Professor Y himself. Have a look, we're sure you'll enjoy them!  Playing games also earns you points as well as a rank in the leader board section.  Some games DO NOT track points on leader board so we will split these up into different categories for you.
7. DOWNLOADS: This area is ever expanding and we have added wallpapers, iPhone wallpapers, latest discoveries (you'll find latest data straight from the Agglomerator here) and Toys section where you get the latest Application download.
8. FAQ: This area is added under "Home" tab and "My Bunk" tab to answer any questions you might have.  Let us know if you want any other questions added to the FAQ areas.
9. AGGLOMERATOR: New page added for you to understand exactly how we gather quantum data for VIC's.

10)  IMAGES: Some exclusive photos have been taken inside the Astrofactory including the Agglomerator area, Professor Y’s office, crew rooms, and cafeteria.
